Autumn Beauty Makes Her Show Debut

Autumn Beauty is sitting pretty.

She has heard so much from her brother Autumn Delight and her cousin about showing but she has yet to attend a show.

Today is her debut in the show circuit in Northern California and Nevada. Here she comes!

Cherry Blossom Festival Doll Display at Cupertino

The Cherry Blossom Festival is going on in many locations. The one at Cupertino has a distintive feature: Kimrlomi Doll Exhibits. If you are looking for a place to visit during the weeekend, this is a wonderful festival.

Carolyn has taken many years of classes and completed more than required projects to be certified as a Kimekomi doll instructor. Thisis a brochure explaining the ins and outs of Kimekomi dolls.

This is one of Carolyn's favorite Kimekomi dolls that she made. She is not exhibiting this one so not to risk any handling or damage. It's like a full coated Best In Show worthy English Angora, NO TOUCH!

Spring rain helps the plants grow and flowers bloom. Enjoy some pretty yellow roses today.

Bao Bao and Micro Girl

Micro Girl was born premature at 28 days. She was smaller than my pinky finger at birth with eyes bulging like an imaginary alien. Her littermate did not make it despite my efforts to keep both of them alive. It was actually a surprise that Micro Girl made it to over 3 months old now.

Even though there is a condo waiting for Micro Girl in the barn, she mostly stay in a good size carrier in our family room.

Her weight gains were measured by 0.1 or 0.2 oz, it was a miracle that she stays alive. Micro Girl was not supposed to be her name but it kinda stuck because she is so tiny.

Micro Girl considers Bao Bao her big brother.

Bao Bao thinks the carrier top is a very good place to take a nap and to stay close to Micro Girl.

Micro Girl wants to play with Bao Bao.

Raeberta's Ten Open Best In Shows in Collage

Raeberta was shown from August 2025 to March 2026. During these 9 months of showing, she received the honor of open Best In Show 10 times. In addition she also has an open Reserve In Show plus many specialty Best In Show wins. She competed with her sister Raeanna and shared the top winnings, she came out at the top even though Raeanna also has many open Best In Show and Reserve In Show wins. This collage put Raeberta’s 10 open Best In Show photos together at one place. She has entered the next stage of her life expecting to be a mom. Keeping fingers crossed that she will be as successful as a mama rabbit as a show rabbit.

Fish Aquarium at Kaiser Permanente

After noticing the fish aquarium at the Toyota dealership, I started paying attention to other establishments. I found a very nice aquarium at the waiting area of my family doctor at Kaiser. The aquarium is clean and fishes look very healthy. It's very soothing to look at them when the patients are waiting to see their doctors.
