Remember me?  I'm with my little sister in the love bucket.

My sister always like to look after me.

My sis is not as shy as I am.

I am finally getting a picture taken alone; I am McBryde.

The love bucket does not look as big now, I don't think I can fit into it anymore.

Beautiful Late Spring Flowers at UC Davis Campus

With record high rain in May this year, flowers are in full bloom.    Carolyn shares with us the beautiful late spring flowers at the UC Davis campus.

Nigel's Bushy Tail

Casey has a Satin Angora big buck named Nigel.

Nigel is on the very left, he sure has a big head.

Nigel does well in shows, here is Casey holding Nigel with judge Eric.

Nigel holds on to his coat for a long time but with summer coming, Casey gives him a hair cut.

Casey says, "I have always been impressed with Nigel's tail.   It's so full and dense and always clean.   As dense as any other place on his body.  Well cutting him down it was amazing to see.  Lovely usable wool on a buck's tail, WOW.    I had to take pictures.  Bragging about a buck's tail that's me.  I think he is as proud as well.   Maybe it impressed the ladies as he is the proud papa of 9 babies that are just born."

Heart Shaped Cowl

A cowl is a something for the neck, similar to a scarf except that the ends are connected.  Sometimes it's also called an infinity scarf.    This is a heart shaped cowl made from the wool French Angora Uptown Girl handspun yarn, knitted in seed stitches.   It's very fluffy with lots of halo.   It can be used as a neck warmer, a scarf or even a collar.

Ten-Mile Natural Gallery and Three Sisters Peak in China

Albert's trip took him to area called Ten-Mile Natural Gallery.   This is the ticket to board the tram to get to the peak.

The Ten-Mile Natural Gallery has nice sceneries but the most famous part is called the "Three Sister's Peak".

The rock formation looks like three people standing next to each other, thus called the Three Sister's Peak.

Carolyn bought a pot of plants for her yard.
