The three girls had been staying with Kate when Randy and Allen went to Japan then plunged into the WCC event.    The three girls are so happy to see their papas after more than two weeks of separation.

Youth Top Winners at Gridley

 
 
California Rabbit and Cavy Shows holds triple youth shows at Gridley in conjunction with the triple open shows on April 19, 2015.
 
 
 



In youth show A, judge Ray picks Lilya's Mini Lop as the Best In Show.

Reserve In Show in youth show A goes to Riley's Holland Lop.
 

Megan's Mini Rex is the youth Best In Show winner in show B.


 
In youth show C, judge Kendal awards the Best In Show to Riley's Netherland Dwarf, the same Netherland Dwarf is the Reserve In Show winner in youth show B.



Tristin's Dutch gets the Reserve In Show honor from judge Kendal in youth show C.

French Angora Freddie Wins All Breed Best In Show at Gridley




Freddie is a 7-1/4 months old French Angora buck.  


In show B at Gridley, judge Kendal awards the Best In Show to Betty's French Angora.
This is Betty's first French Angora Best In Show win.

Judge Allen's pick of BOB French Angora Freddie and BOB English Angora Donnica each wins a Best In Show.

Donnie wins Reserve In Show in show A and Best In Show in show C.  Freddie wins Best In Show in show B.

It's a good day for the Angoras.



Freddie is seen here with his two littermate sisters Tess and Ginger during the WCC event.   These are the only three in the litter, so far Freddie has one all breed Best In Show, Ginger has one all breed Best In Show, one all breed Reserve In Show and a specialty Best In Show.   All three have achieved Grand Champion status.

NCAG Specialty Show B at WCC



Northern California Angora Guild holds two specialty shows at WCC, here are scenes from show B.


Specialty show B judge is Vincent Consiglio from MA.   He wears a bowtie that is a printing of a $100 bill.


The English Angora colored senior doe and colored senior buck are his choice of Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex of Breed.  

 
There are 14 French Angora for judge Vincent to pick from; watching judging are Carol W, Carol G, Lindsay, among others.

This is the French Angora that Vincent likes the best.




Carol G. is the owner of the French Angora colored senior doe that won the Best of Breed.

 
Vincent picks the French Angora as the specialty Best In Show and the English Angora the specialty Reserve In Show.
