Angora Winners at the ARBA Convention in Harrisburg, PA



Judge Carol G.'s choice of the English Angora Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex are Betty's colored senior doe and colored senior buck.



The English Angora Best of Breed winner Chu's McKenzie.

 

Judge Carol G.'s choice of French Angora Best of Breed is Charlotte's pointed white senior doe.  Eric's black doe is Best of Colored Variety.

 

French Angora Best of Breed is Charlotte's point doe on the right and the left is Eric's colored junior buck, the Best Opposite Sex of the breed,.  

 

Ashley wins the Best of Breed Giant Angora, photo of the rabbit not available.

 

The Best of Breed Satin Angora is shown by Timothy and Janine, a husband and wife team.


 


In youth, Brock's English Angora fawn doe is the Best of Breed winner.

Angora Judges At Cow Palace



The Grand National and CRCS hold four shows during the weekend after the ARBA convention at Cow Palace.   Five judges go through the English Angora and French Angora in these four shows.
 
 

On Saturday morning, judge Melissa is working on colored English Angora.   Casey works as the table clerk, Carol W. and Cody chat and watch the judging.


In the afternoon in show B, judge Allen is placing the white French Angora.
 

On Sunday morning, judge Chris is working on the colored English Angora.

 

The second show on Sunday, judge Justin checks on the colored senior buck.

 
Judge Randy gets to judge French Angora in the second show on Sunday.

Youth Top Winners at Grand National Weekend




In show A at Grand National, Lena's Himalayan wins Youth Best In Show.

Reserve In Show goes to Emma's Netherland Dwarf.

In show B, the Best In Show is Blaine's Californian, picked by judge Justin.

On Sunday CRCS youth show, judge Chris Z. picks a Mini Lop.

Judge Allen pick's the Jersey Wooly shown by Leo as the youth Best In Show in the second show on Sunday.

Top Winners at the CRCS Shows on Sunday



On Sunday, one day after the Grand National Livestock Show, CRCS sponsors double shows.   In the first show, judge Randy picks Betty's English Angora Chu's McKenzie the all breed Best In Show and Lauralee's broken Satin the Reserve In Show. 




In the second show, judge Chris Z picks Lauralee's broken Satin the Best In Show.

 

Reserve In Show in the second CRCS show goes to mother and daughter team Lois and Kate's Mini Rex.

Reserve In Show Winners at Grand National

 
 
It has been a good day for wool breeds at the Grand National open rabbit show.  While Betty's English Angora wins double Best In Show, the Reserve In Show in A and B go to Jersey Wooly and French Angora:

Carol's white French Angora gets the Reserve In Show award from judge Melissa.

McKenzie Wins Double All Breed Best In Show at Grand National





Three days after coming back from the ARBA convention at Harrisburg, McKenzie attends the Grand National Livestock all breed shows at Cow Palace on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013.
