John Likes Jamey

John shows French Angora at Lodi; he was chatting with Lindsay, suddenly he stopped and said, "Ohhhhhh, what a pretty rabbit!" He saw Jamey who was on Betty's grooming stand being groomed. Jamey took BOSV in show A and BOS in show B and the specialty show. Casey at the right is busy grooming her rabbit.

Can You Tell Them Apart?

In Lodi, three young breeders asked for tips from Betty to help edit a 4-H booklet. From left to right are: Mitchell, Kendyl and Ben. Mitchell and Ben are twins; in Ben's words, "I am taller, I have a mole on my face." Well, if we are seeing only one of the two, it'll be a challenge to correctly say, "Hi, Ben" or "Hi, Mitchell."

Betty and Kate joined Mitchell, Kendyl and Ben for a photo op.

Linda And Stan Judge Angoras In Lodi

Judge Linda poses with the BOB and BOS French Angora with their owner Gabrielle. Linda has been a judge for over 20 years but this is one of the few times that she judges in No. CA.

After over 20 years of seeing wife Linda judging, Stan decided to follow her steps to become a judge; Stan obtained his license 2 years ago. In Lodi, both Stan and Linda judged Angoras. Their daughter Elizabeth is a registrar and she writes for dad when Stan is judging. Stan, Linda and Elizabeth put on rabbit shows in So. CA regularly; rabbits are a family affair.

CRCS Show A Top Winners

California Rabbit and Cavy Shows were held in Lodi, CA on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010. In Show A, Best In Show went to Brooke and David's Mini Lop, Reserve In Show went to Melissa's Mini Satin. From left to right are: judge Stan B from So. CA, David (Brooke was busy judging, see next photo), judge Keelyn and Melissa.
