Judge Carol Says AHHHHHH

Betty's white English Angora buck Chase had his glory days. When he was in full coat, he won 32 legs of which quite a few came from judge Carol. For some inexplicable reason, Chase had a "thing" for Carol: he would lunge or show his teeth whenever Carol reached for him while he would not exhibit such behavior to anyone else.

Chase and judge Carol had not seen each other on the show table for at least six months. One would not expect a rabbit to have a good long term memory.

Guess what, as soon as judge Carol's hand reaches for the judging coop, Chase lunges and shows his teeth.

Judge Carol says, "Ahhhhhhhhhh, you are such a bad boy!"

Judge Carol has far better time with the girls; in this picture, she is trying to determine the Best of Breed between Lilianna (white) and Lucianna.

Masako Says Congratulations

Last time we saw our Japanese friends Masako and Matsushima was in Reno in April, see

http://ncag.blogspot.com/2011/04/are-they-or-are-they-not.html

Just three months passed, we saw them again in Watsonville, they are really our "regular" rabbit show goers.

After Betty's English Angora Chu's Lilianna won Best In Show in show A, Masako came over to offer congratulations and Matsushima took this picture.

It's very sweet of both of them.
