Cavy Corner at Santa Rosa

Some rabbit shows include cavy shows, some do not.  At Santa Rosa, there are double Cavy shows.    The judge is announcing the Best In Show winner, the lady in the middle wearing hot pink with black apron is Carol Anaya whose cavy received the top honor.  Carol's cavy was also the BIS winner at the ARBA convention in Indianapolis last year, her photo along with the other three BIS winners are on the current issue of Domestic Rabbits.

It's a Polish rabbit in Sara's arms, not cavy, we can see that.  What's unusual is that Sara is a cavy judge and well known cavy breeder.   This is the first time she shows a rabbit in a rabbit/cavy show.
