Monique Receives Second Reserve Honor at Santa Maria

 

Monique is back to show again!  

Monique is 3-1/2 years old, have been in shows off and on since 2020.   Her coat comes back year after year, she won more shows when she was 2 years old than when she was younger.  Her biggest win happened last December, see Northern California Angora Guild: French Angora Monique Wins Best In Show at Hollister (ncag.blogspot.com)

At the Central Coast show in Santa Maria, Monique was awarded the 2nd Reserve In Show in show A.   

Monique's face was partially blocked during the showroom photo shoot.  She would like us to see her pretty face.

Second Reserve Winners at Santa Maria

Centrol Coast RBA is one of the very few clubs that awards the Second Reserve prize that means the 3rd best rabbit overall.   It is not an official ARBA winning as it does not generate a leg.  However, it is a fun honor.

American Fuzzy Lop Ka Ching Wins Reserve In Show at Santa Maria

Green-Burb Ka Ching is a beautiful American Fuzzy Lop broken senior doe, sitting pretty with blooming roses.

 

Mama Carol Green takes Ka Ching to Santa Maria and she wins the Reserve In Show from judge Jeremy.  

English Angora Maura Wins Best In Show at Santa Maria

Betty's English Angora Chu's Maura sitting pretty, she is 18 months old and still have her beautiful first show coat.

At the Central Coast RBA show in Santa Maria, Maura’s beauty is being rewarded with the open Best In Show in show B by judge Misty.

Aron and Family Visit Betty at San Jose

It's lovely to have a show in my home area.   I got another visitor!  Not just one, 6 visitors.   On the left is Aron who is the excellent financial advisor at Well Fargo Bank.   Guess what, his family love rabbits, always have at least one pet rabbit.   After hearing that I raise rabbits, the entire family come over to visit the show at San Jose.    Obviously Aron is very successful in both his career and family, what a lovely family.

 

Aron's first child is this lovely young lady.  She is holding my white English Angora baby buck.
