Show C Angora Judging at Stockton

Show C judge for Angora is Allen Mesick of CA.  Allen was assigned to judge Angora last Sunday at Turlock and he's judging essentially the same group of rabbits again.

The French Angora are waiting to be judged.

Judge Allen is very thorough in examining the wool structure.

Body is important too.

This is a very cute young colored French Angora senior buck.    In the Angora breeds, only the French Angora and Satin Angora accept the broken pattern, and they are shown in the colored variety.

On judge Allen's table are the Satin Angora breed.

The Satin Angora white senior doe is very impressive.

A white English Angora junior buck is just starting his show career.

Judge Allen carefully examine the English Angora's wool.

Betty clerks for judge Allen.   Betty clerks regularly but due to the fact that she's behind the camera in most cases, we seldom see her working the tables.   This pic was taken by Carolyn.

Pattee, Carolyn and Casey are watching judge Allen's final decision on the colored English Angora.

More examination before the pick.
