Sunday BAARG Specialty Show Judging at Anderson





Cute prizes for the Sunday BAARG specialty show on display.  Who will get it?  Let the competition begin!

  Stephany Brundage only entered her one white buck in the two specialty shows.  In this show, her white buck received BOSV and got his senior leg to grand.  Congratulations to Stephany.

The Specialty Best In Show goes to Betty's English Angora colored senior doe and Reserve In Show is Tammy chestnut Giant Angora intermediate doe.

Betty gets three cute skeleton rabbits, the big one for the English Angora BOB and the two smaller ones for the BOSB English Angora and BOSB French Angora.

Sunday Show C Angora Judging at Anderson






On Sunday, December 15, 2024, show C starts with English Angora, judged by Kate Smith.

Betty put her English Angora colored senior doe into the judging coop, the colored senior doe goes on to win BOB.

The BOSB French Angora is the colored senior buck, the BOB goes to the colored senior doe.

Chestnut could be of different intensities, some very dark while some very light.



The darker chestnut was called "wild gray" in the 80s, the reason for the darkiness is due to the "Umbros" gene.   The very light ones are the ones that carry the wide band gene.   Then there are the ones in between, the ones describe in the SOP.

Some of our Angora ladies: Stephanie Berry, Tammy Vaughn all the way from Washington, Carol Green, Deidre McKimmie from Oregon, and Betty Chu.   We always have a great time together.
