Betty says,

"Carol G. works at SRI International, a major research institution originally associated with Stanford University but now independent. The employees there have a two-day holiday craft hair each year. Carol invited me to join her to have a fiber booth on Friday. In a room that with holiday decoration and music in the background, I had a great time meeting some of her colleagues, talking and selling Angora products."

Yummy Potluck At Lodi

John L. had a great idea. He suggested a holiday potluck at the Lodi show. With about 10 Angora people each brought lots of food to share, there was more than enough for at least 40 people. The big hit items are Franco's soap and John's chili; both were simmering for hours. They were hot and tasty.

We invited judges and other friends to come over and sample our potluck items. We had a great time.
