Chatting, Knitting and Grooming

Other than competition, the most important part of the shows is seeing old friends and making new ones.   At the wool breed corner, Lindsay and Jocelyn are having a chit chat while Casey looks on; Carol is more into knitting her scarf.

Betty, Lindsay and carol are chatting and grooming.

Those who are not used to seeing the English Angora being groomed are fascinated how relaxed the rabbit is.

English Angora tort doe Macey is falling asleep while being groomed.

Lindsay has her brush ready to work on her Giant Angora.

Showroom Scenes at Turlock

The judging tables are on either side of the showroom while the exhibitors are in the middle. Cavies are in a separate building, so are the youth activities.

This photo shows the opposite end of the building.

The wool breeds are all on the end of the showroom that opens up to outdoor grooming.

Betty usually displays her Angora creations next to her rabbits.
