Uptown Girl's Nursing Time

Uptown Girl's babies are growing fast.  The four little girls are eating regular pellets and living in two condo units but they still want to visit mama everyday for nursing and some quality time.

Mama Uptown Girl is very accommodating, allows the 4 daughters to have their daily breakfast.

The babies are so big that they don't fit into the nestbox.

Mama Uptown Girl is experienced and gentle with her babies.

Uptown Girl still wants to clean her babies even though the babies are not really babies anymore.

Mama Uptown Girl tells her babies that it's almost time to complete the breakfast.

Breakfast completed, baby girl still can taste the milk in her little tongue.

Ellie Bonde Visits Tim and Donelle at Stockton

It was a big surprise to see Ellie Bonde at the Stockton show.  She lives in Maryland!   She flew all the way from the east to pay a visit with Tim Reese.  Tim has not been in shows for a while due to health issues.  It's a pleasant surprise to see both.
Ellie is the chair of the ARBA Library Committee, she received ARBA Distinguish Service Award in 2017, see:

Tim's better half Donelle joins in the photo op.   Hope Tim will have improvement with his health.

Betty's Display of Angora Creations at Stockton

Angora rabbits are multi purpose animals.   They are beautiful as show rabbits, sweet as pet and provide tons of wool for creating beautiful products.

Betty usually brings her Angora creations to shows to display.  People can view and touch the yarns, hats, mittens, scarves, … to understand the Angora.   Occasionally if people wish to purchase some for their own use, these are ready to go.

Angora yarns are not as delicate as most people think.   These dyed yarns all go through a process of cooking in the hot water to get the color set permanently.   The yarns are washed, dyed/cooked and dried to achieve the colorful design.
