Teresa and Chris Visit at Merced
Early in the morning before judging starts, Teresa Burrola comes to visit. English Angora white buck Gordon gets to snuggle with Teresa. |
Teresa is the CEO of Merced Fairgrounds, she is also the foster mom of Betty's two white kitties Bao Bao and Bei Bei when the boys were just 4 weeks old. The fairground still experiences feral cat issues, Teresa works with veterinarians and rescue groups to get the adult cats spayed/neutered and to get kittens adopted. It's so heart warming that under Teresa's leadership the fair is practicing such a humane approach to help the ferals. |
Teresa chats with Pattee and Betty, makes sure that everything is in good order for the rabbit show. Saturday is not her work day but she comes to visit, she is so good and so kind to us. |
Teresa's hubby Chris joins in for a photo op. |
