"Love" on the Best In Show Table

At the CVRBA show, when waiting for the selection of Best In Show, the Best of Breed Thrianta buck falls in love with the Best of Breed Flemish Giant.   Despite being removed several times, he insists on visiting his new found love interest.  Are we going to see red Flemish in the future?

Rabbit Show is a Family Tradition

Left to right are 4-year-old Mekenzie, 6-year-old Jesse and 9-year-old Madison.  They attended their first rabbit show and all three of their rabbits win Best of Breed and received rosettes and ribbons.

Mom Katie raised rabbits as her 4-H project when she was a kid.   Now she is married to Justin and they have three wonderful children, Katie brought the family to rabbit shows to start a family tradition. 

Raising rabbits and going to rabbit shows are great family activities, they bring the best out of people.   Justin and Katie are wise parents to involve their Mekenzie, Jesse and Madison into the wonderful world of rabbits.

Bunny Costume Contest at Hanford

The bunny costume contest at the Central Valley RBA show is very popular among the youth crowd.  In the words of the superintendent Fred, "A lot of kids would not go to other shows but would come to our show for the costume contest."

Youth Top Winners at Hanford

At the Central Vally RBA show A, judge Joe awards the youth Best In Show to Katealynn's broken New Zealand.

Jesse's Netherland Dwarf wins youth Reserve In Show from judge Joe in show A.

In show B, the same two rabbits win the top two honors from judge Ray with a reversal of Best In Show and Reserve In Show from show A.   Jesse Netherland Dwarf takes youth Best In Show while Katealynn's broken New Zealand gets youth Reserve In Show.

Zoey Wins Double All Breed Best In Show

Zoey, Zeeva's littermate sister, has been sitting at home waiting for her chance to shine.

In the Central Valley RBA show at Hanford, judge Armando really likes Betty's English Angora cream senior doe Chu's Zoey and awards her all breed Best In Show in show A.

Zoey also gets the nod from judge Allen and receives another all breed Best In Show in the CVRBA show B.
