Franchesca's "Four Peas in a Pod" All Grow Up

Franchesca's "Four Peas in a Pod", originally posted in May 2015:

http://ncag.blogspot.com/2015/05/little-franchescas.html

What do they look like now?

Clementina gets the ear number BC1FH, now a Grand Champion and multiple Best In Show winner.

Cuties gets the second ear number of BC2FH who is the first one to get the Grand Champion status.

Halos gets the ear number of BC3FH, she achieved the Grand Champion status and also has the honor of winning an all breed Best In Show.

Ferrari is the only boy in the "pod"; without having to compete with any littermates in the same class, he has more legs than any of his sisters.   Needless to say that he is also a Grand Champion.

Pendleton Woolen Mill Tour, Part II

After a visit at the store, the group is being lead to the mill.

The inside of the mill does not allow photo taking, the best we could do is take some photos of the outside building.

These mill buildings are quite old.

This is a photo posted on the Pendleton website showing the inside of the mill.   The machines for weaving the fabrics and blankets were huge and very noisy too.

To read more about the history of Pendleton Woolen Mills, got to:   https://www.pendleton-usa.com/custserv/custserv.jsp?pageName=CompanyHistory&parentName=Heritage

Betty bought three spools of the wool thread for plying.

Here is a scarf that is made of Angora wool plied with the Pendleton wool thread.
