Angora Headbands

With shows on hiatus, I am feeling very crafty.   Here are two Angora headbands that I have created.  I don't have a pattern, the size and look are totally from my own imagination. 

The headband protects the ears and forehead without causing "hat hair", it works wonders in cool days and for those who likes to ski.

Leeza has a beautiful show coat.   At the Wichita convention, she received the award of Best Overall Wool.

Happy 9th Birthday, Hairy Winston

 

 

 

Chu's Hairy Winston was born on December 29, 2003.   He has just celebrated his 9-year-old birthday. 

This is Betty's oldest rabbit in residence, Hairy is an elderly statesman in the barn.   It is now at the threshold of the year of 2013, Hairy is passing his 10th New Year and hope to have many more New Year to come.

This photo was taken in August 2004 when Hairy was almost 8 months old.
