West Coast Classic Show

West Coast Classic is the biggest regional show in the west.    The event started in Monterey, after a few years the attendance outgrew the facilities at Monterey and moved to the Grand Sierra Resort at Reno.   After staging this event at Grand Sierra Resort for four years, it will be on the move again next year: Las Vegas!

This is the last year at Grand Sierra, we are sad to say goodbye to this location but excited about the prospect of going to Las Vegas.

This blog will take a break for one day on Sunday, May 3.   Starting on Monday, May 5, we'll post photos and reports about this huge event.

WCC Angora Entries

It is unusual to have all 48 breeds entered in a regional or a local rabbit show, but WCC has accomplished such.  The 8000+ entries cover all 48 breeds.   Consequently our NCAG specialty show will have all four Angora breeds in the show.

This photo was taken at the WCC at Reno in 2013.   From left to right are Giant Angora, English Angora, French Angora and Satin Angora.
