Donna's White English Angora Doe Wins All Breed Reserve In Show

Donna's white doe Tulamore's Sweepstakes took all breed Reserve In Show a week ago in Maryland. Sweepstakes has won double all breed Best In Show earlier this spring. She is a gorgeous rabbit. Congratulations, Donna.

Lucianna Wins Specialty Best In Show

Northern California Angora Guild held an Angora specialty show in conjunction with the Big Valley RA shows in Stockton.

Betty's English Angora colored senior doe Chu's Lucianna was selected specialty Best In Show by judge Allen.

Lucianna has assembled a fantastic show record in the recent months. She won her first all breed Best In Show in the California State Convention at the end of February, then went on to win all breed Best In Show 7 times in March and April, all breed Reserve In Show 3 times in April and May plus specialty Best In Show 5 times in March, April and May. The crowning moment was the winning of "Champion of Champions" in the WCC weekend where there were over 8,000 entries.

Lucianna's littermate sister Lilianna also has a great record: all breed Best In Show 2 times in January and March, all breed Reserve In Show 2 times in February and April. She sat out most of the shows in April and May to help her two young nieces to earn legs.

Lucianna and Lilianna sure make their mother Sevenah very proud.

Big Valley Rabbit Association Show B Winners

If the winner rabbits look familiar, it's because the they are the same as show A. Judges Joe and Randy picked Cathy's Rex as Best In Show and Betty's English Angora Reserve In Show in show B.

Big Valley Rabbit Association Show A Dedication

Big Valley Rabbit Association held the first show after the passing of Mike Morris, this was the first time that we did not see Big Mike doing his big superintendent's job in any of the BVRA show. He was in the show room in spirit.

Nor Cal Lop Club dedicated two plates to the winners of the Best In Show and Reserve In Show in show A in memory of Big Mike. The Best In Show went to Cathy and John's Rex and the Reserve In Show went to Betty's English Angora.
