Show B Angora Judging at Hanford







Show B Angora judge is Jennifer Milburn of Ca.



English Angora white senior buck.



Judge Jennifer examines the two high place white senior bucks carefully.



These are littermate brothers, almost identical.


Finally the first place white senior buck is determined and also the BOV.



The colored senior buck class has nice rabbits but no littermate brothers.   This is the second place, a young tort buck.




The winner of the class is chocolate tort buck that is more mature, he goes on to win BOV, BOB then Reserve In Show at the end of the day.

Show A Angora Judging at Hanford



Show A in progress, the English Angoras are rolled next to judging table.

Judge for Angora in show A is Kathleen Utter from So. Ca. 




Judge Kathleen checks on the white senior bucks carefully, it's a close call on placing.



There is only one white senior doe but the first place white senior buck is more mature and takes the BOV.




On the table is the second place colored senior buck, a tort.  




The first place colored senior buck is the chocolate tort and he takes the BOV and advanced to BOB.

Betty Having Fun at Hanford

ARBA District 2 Directors




Joe Lugo on the right was the district 2 director for 3 terms/6 years, then the baton was passed to Ray Stacy who also served 3 terms/6 years.



There is a term limit of 3 continuous terms, so now Ray is passing the baton back to Joe.  Two wonderful judges, two great human beings, us district 2 ARBA members are truly blessed.

Central Valley RBA puts on double all breed show at Hanford, Ca on Saturday, October, 21, 2023.



Show A Best In Show judge: Lauralee Erbe, Best In Show winner Polish shown by Tambria Lugo, mom Kathy in the background.



Show A Reserve In Show is Jennifer Milburn's Florida White.



Show B Best In Show judge is Ray Stacy.   Winner is Dutch shown by Bruce Blakley, bred by Joe Lugo.




Reserve In Show in show B is Betty Chu's English Angora.

Chucky Wins Reserve In Show at Hanford




Chucky is a young English Angora colored senior buck. Got a nice flowing coat.

Show Room Scenes at Hanford


Central Valley RBA show is the first show after convention, those who did not go to convention could not wait to be in a show. 



Those who had gone to convention couldn’t wait to show off their new stock and share excitement with friends.
