A Ten Year Old Belgian Hare

 

 

 

 

We don't see Belgian Hare in shows often, there is one on the table at Gridley.

 

Dawn is very proud of her baby boy Spite Faire, a 10-year-old baby boy!  

It's not a typo, this Belgian Hare is 10 years old.

How time flies, when Cathy first introduced Hailey to her rabbit friends, Hailey was a new born infant.  Look at Hailey, she is almost the same height as grandma.



 

A Happy French Angora Family

Here is a close up of the five bunnies, the two on the left and the far right are girls and the solid black and chestnut are boys.



The daddy is on the right and mommy is on the left.

 

Mommy Blue Angel is in the middle, she is very proud of her accomplishment.

Open Top Winners at Gridley

 

 

 

 

At the CRCS show A, judge Cathy selects Betty's English Angora as the Best In Show and Koelyn's Mini Rex as the Reserve In Show.
 

In show B, judge Manuel awards the Best In Show to Betty's English Angora and the Reserve In Show to Janeen's Dutch.

 

In Show C, mother and daughter Michelle and Janie receive the Best In Show award for the their Mini Satin from judge Ted.

 

Randy's Netherland Dwarf is judge Ted's choice for the Reserve In Show in show C.




 

Kenneth Wins All Breed Best In Show at Gridley

Kenneth is the littermate brother of McKenzie.
 

Judge Manuel awards Betty's English Angora all breed Best In Show in show B at Gridley.  Instead of reporting McKenzie winning her 13th Best In Show, it's her littermate brother Chu's Kenneth that takes the spotlight.  This is Kenneth's first all breed Best In Show.

Kenneth and McKenzie are the only two bunnies in the litter.

California Rabbit and Cavy Shows hold triple open shows at Gridley on January 11, 2014.

 

 

McKenzie at 11 months old is still in top prime.
 

In show A,  judge Cathy award Betty's English Angora colored senior doe McKenzie the open Best In Show.

This is McKenzie's 12th all breed Best In Show in 5 months.

In addition to her 12 all breed Best In Show, she also has 3 all breed Reserve In Show and is the ARBA National Convention Group 3 winner.
