ARBA and NARBC Hall of Fame Inductees 2025

The 2025 ARBA Hall of Fame inductee is Randy Shumaker.  A native of Indiana but a transplant of California since 1994, Randy has done more for the rabbit community, especially in the west coast,  than any other we know in the last 30 years.    ARBA board made an excellent choice to induct him into the ARBA Hall of Fame this year at the convention in his birth state of Indiana.

NARBC also inducted two very well-deserving Angora breeders into the NARBC Hall of Fame.

Tammy Vaughn is the second Giant Angora breeder in the Hall of Fame.  Louise Walsh got the Giant Angora accepted in 1988 and Tammy got the chestnut Giant Angora accepted in 2023.   Many had tried but Tammy put color into the Giant Angora with an exemplary pass.

Debbie McCormick was given the good news of being the Hall of Fame inductee at the Angora banquet during the convention at Indianapolis.  Debbie has devoted many years to the betterment of English Angora and helped the improvement of the broken English Angora.  In addition, she has mentored many new English Angora breeders and paved a road to the success of her proteges.

Congratulations to all three of the most deserved rabbit breeders.
