It's Show Time!
California Rabbit and Cavy Shows holds double rabbit and cavy shows in Monterey, CA on Saturday, July 11, 2020.
After over 4 months of shutdown and show cancellations, it's so wonderful and gratifying that CRCS is putting on shows. Thank you, Randy and the crew. |
People are excited but nervous, setting up in groups that are normally together. |
Rabbit people love to keep in touch, real time FB posting? |
There is barn for equipment storage next to the show barn. I arrived early enough to find a spot away from the rest and even got my van parked inside. |
I keep some of my rabbits inside my van for safety and convenience. |

My Little Barn, 38 Years Apart
The barn has an awning that also served as a cover at night. |
Fast forward to 38 years later, the trees are tall, 40 feet? 50 feet? 60 feet? The barn is now totally shaded. |
View from the side, the hose on the right is the mister that is connected to the water supply. |
The original 8 cages were replaced a year ago, see https://ncag.blogspot.com/2019/06/new-cages-from-randalls-ranch.html The new cages were purchased from Randells’s. |
