Boys will be Boys

Babies are so cute, but they all grow up.  One of these three fawn babies is the fawn doe that we saw yesterday. The other two are boys.

Here is one brother, very curious.

Likes to have fun.

Gorgeous wool and color.

This is the other brother, very nice.

Very handsome.

And great personality.

Indigo Girl's Daughters are Growing Up

We saw Indigo Girl's two daughters features on our blog not long ago.

When the wool grows, they soon look like big girls.

Would you believe they are only 3-3/4 months old?

This is a pretty fawn girl.

Sister is a tort.

Nice black face with orangey color.

A pretty girl.

Casey's Colorful Backyard

Next to the chain link fence, there is the edge plant with pink flowers.

The flowers on this tree matches the color of the door.

These bamboos are functional.  Not only they are good looking, the new shoots from the ground are great for cooking.

A close up of the flowers on the tree.

These colorful trees help to increase the privacy of the yard.

A Rhode Island Red enjoys the yard and the pretty yellow rose.

Mika is Graceann's Brother

This is me and my sister Graceann.    I am the bigger one, my little sister follows my lead.

I am growing up, mama Betty calls me Mika.

How do you like my profile?

I have a very handsome face.

You want to look closer to see how handsome I am?

My other side is good too.

Three French Angora Sisters

My mom is Uptown Girl, I am almost 4 months old now.

Mama Betty tattoos my ear with "10", she knows I am perfect.   Anyone heard of Bo Derek?

Mama Betty tells me that I'm just like a dozen, I'm the "12".  My sister likes to brag but I know 12 is bigger and better than 10.

A dozen is better than a "10", I can count!

I have 13 in my left ear, I am the Lucky 13.

Mama loves me to give me the Lucky 13 number.

Winona Gets a Hair Cut

Casey's English Angora doe Winona has a gorgeous coat and did well in shows.  She won the Reserve In Show in the last show on March 14 before the total shut down.   Still pretty, Casey takes a picture of her in the beautiful outdoors.

It's hard to give up this glorious coat.

It's over 10 inches long, so nice.

Without any chance of having another show in months to come, the logical decision is to cut it down.  It's not an easy task to hold on to a matured show coat.   That first cut is so hard.

With cuts on the back, it's the river of no return, cutting the rest is easy.

Winona's wool is way bigger than her entire body.

A side view.   Casey will have lots of wool to spin, what will her make out of Winona's wool?

Betty's English Angora Tort Junior Does

Do you remember us?  We are the little tort girls back in March.

We are big girls now, can you tell we are sisters?

I like to see what mama Betty is doing.

Oh, she is taking pictures of us.

We better sit straight.

Is it done yet?

Hurry up mom, the sun is shining into our eyes.
