Carol Visits Lake Placid, New York

Lake Placid, New York is a village near the lake of the same name, in New York State’s Adirondack Mountains. It's known as a Winter Olympics venue and a hub for snow sports and other outdoor pursuits.   Last weekend it is the location for the Ironman competition.    

Carol's son Dr. Adam Green is a participant of the Ironman competition.  Carol flew to PA then to Lake Placid to be a spectator and volunteer.  

The Green family stayed in this beautiful inn.
