Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Coming Soon

One year after we moved to Morgan Hill, CA., the Mushroom Mardi Gras started.   It was an answer to the Gilroy Garlic Festival that attracted national and even international attention.    Comparing to the Gilroy Garlic Festival, Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras is no where near the size nor the hype.   However, it survived year after year for over 30 years and 2012 will be the 33rd time.  While the Garlic Festival charges an admission and a parking fee, the Morgan Hill event is free for all attendants, neither admission charge nor parking fee.  

Just in case you are not too far from my hometown, come and visit the festival and enjoy the good food, booth and music.
