Happy Exhibitors at Petaluma

There are 50 Angoras entered at Petaluma, we have not seen such a good number for a while. Knowing that this is the only all breed show during the summer, we all put in more than normal to support the show.

Mother Dinah and daughter Linnea are having a bonding day showing French Angora.  The pretty chestnut youngster is a home bred.

Carolyn, Stephanie and Dinah have a great time at the French Angora table.

Dinah, Linnea and Carol having chit chat, Carol is enjoying the shave ice.

Betty and Gabe visit each other.   Gabe is well-known for his high skill in grooming French Angora.

Betty should ask Gabe to come help grooming Monique.   French Angora in general are not as easy to handle as the English Angora.

Casey and Louis saying Long Time No See since Louis moved back to Florida.

Leslie is holding her little English Angora black buck that she recently purchased out of state.

Leslie is showing the black junior for the first time, nervously waiting for comments.

Betty runs into her "son" Joe who flew in from Oregon to show his Mini Rex.  When this picture was taken, neither knew that we would be the main/mean competitors on the Best In Show table.  Our two breeds turn out to be the Best In Show and Reserve In Show winners in all three shows.
