Returning to California from the ARBA Convention at Fort Worth

On Wednesday, November 5, Carol and Betty pack their 40+ rabbits and the supplies for human and rabbits to start the 1700-mile trip home.

Rabbits are still packed to the top but quite happy that they would be home in a couple of days.

Carol and Betty stopped at Holbrook, AZ for the night.

Early in the morning, Betty's rabbits are out to be fed and watered.

Carol feeds her rabbits at night while Betty feeds early in the morning.

There are some interesting rock formation along highway 40.

Stopping at a gas station with a nice landscape, Carol finds a rabbit statue.

Betty finds a pig statue.

Carol also finds a nice fountain with pumpkin decorations.

Carol and Betty made it home safe and sound on the evening of Thursday, November 6.   There are still some more convention photos to share but the local shows are starting up.   When there is a chance, we will revisit the convention again.
