Mushroom from Spawning to Harvest
| Spawning: the beginning of the mushroom. |
| The second stage of the life of mushroom is pasteurization. |
| Casing: use peat moss and limestone saturated with water to cover the surface to provide food source for the mushroom. |
| In 13 days, mushroom start to appear, this stage is called fruiting or pinning. |
| When the mushroom mature to the desirable size, each is carefully harvested and placed in the cooler for packaging. |
