Alice Visits Betty

Recently Alice came from Taiwan to visit.  Betty got a chance to reconnect.

Betty and Alice are best friends since high school.  We met when we were teenagers, now we are real oldies.

Our friendship has extended for over 60 years, still the besties even though we live thousands of miles apart.

Here is Alice and her sister Susan.   Susan's husband James was a professor at San Jose State University.  Betty and James were colleagues in different departments, James in Finance and Betty in Economics.   Yes, these are different fields; Finance is in the College of Business while Economics is in the College of Social Science.

Susan lives in Los Gatos, only some 30 miles from Betty in Morgan Hill.   When Alice and I visited, Susan treated us with a delicious lunch and took us to see a neighbor's beautiful rose garden.   Enjoy the photos of the glorious roses.
