Billy Gets a Haircut

Billy goes to the Monterey Show.   He wins BOSB in 2 out of 3 shows but there isn't enough bucks for him to earn the 3rd leg for his grand championship.

His coat is still nice but being a buck it's getting a bit hard to keep up with his grooming, it's a decision making time of  whether to keep his coat or cut it down.

French Angora are treasured for having more guard hairs but the bucks' first coat usually have less than desirable amount of guard hairs with very few exceptions.    Billy's coat is on the soft side, it can use a bit more guard hairs.   The second coat should be more ideal. 

So the decision is made to cut him down and wait for the next coat to work on his 3rd leg needed for grand championship.

Billy has a nice body, giving him more time to grow a bigger head and a bit more guard hairs will make his show career more rewarding.
