Meara mittens
This is somewhat of a 'before' and 'after' photo album. A good friend recently gifted me with several ounces of prime chestnut French Angora fiber since I am always curious to know how different forms of angora compare. Also, chestnut is not a color that would appear in my lines of English Angora so this was a special gift. My conclusion is that it is every bit as soft as prime English Angora and the color is unique. Love it!
Owned by Betty Chu bred by Eric Stewart. Meara is a chestnut French Angora who is the winner of 25 ARBA legs, 22 of which are Best of Breed. |
