Driving Toward California

Driving from Oregon to California, one of the obvious scenery is the top of Mount Shasta.

The Mount Shasta is covered with snow almost all year long. It looks very much like Mount Fuji in Japan.

Weed is a city at the northern tip of California, not too far from Mount Shasta.

The Weed rest area is well designed with a nice pet area, lots of facilities and a good view of Mount Shasta.
