American Fuzzy Lop Wool Yarns

Yarn made from pure American Fuzzy Lop wool.

These are samples of American Fuzzy Lop x Alpaca wool blend, showing from roving to yarn to a knitted swatch.

In the RabbitCon class of "Turning Rabbit Wool Into A Cottage Industry", there are yarns and garments made from Angora, American Fuzzy Lop and Jersey Wooly. NCAG is a guild for Angora breeders, and we are all aware of Angora wool could make some really warm garments. Most are not aware of the fact that the other two wool breed could also make some very nice products.

These two photos show a skein of yarn made from all American Fuzzy Lop wool and a blend of American Fuzzy Lop wool with Alpaca wool. The American Fuzzy Lop wool is more hairy than the English Angora wool but less so than the French Angora wool.
