Charlie's First Live Litter in Three Years

Charlie is holding on to two of his bunnies.

"Where is Charlie?" "Is Charlie out of rabbits?"

These are the frequent questions we received in shows.

It's hard to go to a show when the stork does not visit. Charlie did not have any live litters for almost three years.

Finally a success: on Friday Charlie's new doe Chu's True Beauty gave birth to four live bunnies. True Beauty is Emilia's daughter, now Emilia is a grandma.

On Sunday, Charlie got a little panicky; the bunnies did not seem to have full tummies. He took a 7-hour round trip to Betty's house to seek out nursing moms. In photo 2 and 3, the bunnies are nursing on Fawntasia's tummy.

Bunnies are happy, Charlie is happy, Betty is happy. It is hoped that True Beauty will come in with abundant milk and the bunnies will stay happy.
