Spring in Ohio?

Today is the first day of daylight saving time, and it's spring forward. It's supposed to be spring!

Spring is in California; we saw how much Avonah enjoys the spring.

Spring in Ohio? We don't know about that. Here is a picture of Maureen's dog Abby in the yard doing her thing. Where is the spring? It's only 21 degrees and the snow kept on dropping. Rabbit shows are cancelled and the Dayton airport is closed, it sure does not look like spring in Ohio.
