Cyndie Wins Skein Contest

What a nice Sunday. After a lengthy heat, it has cooled down to the 70s/80s.

After receiving the good news from Charlie that his white boy won BIS at the fair in Ferndale, I received an e-mail from Cyndie Lenz sent me with photos.

She spent three days spinning and talking to people at the fair in Yreka. She entered 11 skeins of yarn, every one got either a first place or second place. She won the overall 'best hand spun yarn', the photo is on the right.

She also entered 14 photographs and got 9 first places, 3 seconds, 1 third, and 1 that didn't place.
