First Show Satin Angora Judging at Gridley

At the first show, Casey clerks for judge Carol Green on Satin Angora.

Judge Carol normally does not judge Angoras as she has French Angora.  This morning she has to step in at the last minute to take over judge Chris Zemny's duty becuase Chris's car broke down 30 miles from the showroom.   On judge Carol's table are the Satin Angora and some of the English Angora.  The French Angora breed has been moved to judge Misty Polisak's table.

Judge Carol has not been assigned to Angoras for a while, she says it's fun to work with all the beautiful wools.

The Satin Angora white senior doe has been dominating in the breed.  She wins BOB in all the recent shows and even won a Reserve In Show at Vallejo in January.

This colored Satin Angora is young but impressive.

Cute little Satin Angora junior.

Satin Angora colored senior doe is a close competitor of the white senior doe.

The Satin Angora white junior buck is waiting in the wing to be a big winner.

The Satin Angora BOB winner is Casey’s pretty white senior doe.
