It's Show Time at Monterey

Early in the morning on Sunday, July 23, 2023, judging tables are being set up by CRCS members and helpers at the Hog Barn at the Monterey County Fairgrounds.

Angoras are at the barn early, setting up alongside the judging tables.

People and rabbits are gradually coming in, though it's still too early for most.

Griffin says, Let the show begin!!!

Yes, show begins, judge Melissa Magee examines the French Angoras.

See who is here!  It's the ARBA president Josh Humphries.   He judged the California State Fair at Sacramento on Saturday in 108 degree temperature, then judges on Sunday in less than 68 degrees in Monterey.  The English Angoras provides some warmth.

Carol and Betty are both bundled up in jackets all day long.  It's cool temperature but with the wind, it's cold!
