A “Miracle Weed” for Rabbits

We have posted photos of flowers for our enjoyment.   Today we are posting photos of a not-so-pretty but extremely functional plant: Musk Stork's-Bill.

It's a common weed that is abundant during the spring, when summer comes, it wilts and harder to find. This is a mature plant.

This cluster of Musk Stork's-Bill is young and tender.

When rabbits are not eating well due to woolblock/hairball/stasis, pregnancy, illness, .... most will still be willing to nibble on this weed.  In many times, this weed would bring the rabbit out of the rut.

Rabbits like the taste of it.

It's good to be used as treat or as a medicine.

Rabbits gobble it up.

It helps to stimulate the appetite.
