The English Angora is the Best!

 

The English Angoras are the prettiest of all rabbits if they are well cared for.   In our area, those who are showing are very proud of how the breed is promoted and taken care of.   Us breeders are very competitive but maintaining great friendships with each other.  We cheer for our friends' wins.    

At the CRCS Petaluma shows on August 20, 2022, Casey's English Angora tort senior doe Casey's Vielot wins the all-breed Best In Show in show B.   Photo with judge Cathy Szychulda.  

Just a while later in show C Betty's English Angora tort senior doe Chu's Augustina also wins the all-breed Best In Show, awarded by judge Kathi Groves.

It's a triple show date, three different does won the three BOB and two of them went on to win the open Best In Show.  If we also include the last triple show date of July 31, 2022 at Monterey, these three English Angora does won 4 Best In Show and 1 Reserve In Show out of 6 shows.   Isn't it a testament of the high quality of the breed?
