Franchesca’s Guinness World Record Still Holds

Scholastic Publishes an annual version of the World Records.  This is the 2022 edition.

On page 146, it's a photo of Franchesca.    The caption says:

"In most people's opinion, the Angora rabbit is the world's fluffiest bunny.  The breed originated in Turkey and is thought to be one of the world's oldest rabbit breeds as well.  It became popular when the French court in the mid-eighteenth century.   Today it is bred for its long, soft, wool, which is shorn in every three to four months.  One of the fluffiest bunnies is buff-colored Franchesca, owned by English Angora rabbit expert Dr. Betty Chu.  In 2014, Franchesca's fur was measured at 14.37 inches, making a world record that is yet to be beaten."
