Casey's Beautiful Satin Angora

Casey has been doing very well with Satin Angora.   Eva the white senior doe is the first Satin Angora to have won an all breed Best In Show in this very competitive No. CA/Reno show circuit.   Black doe Obsidian Sparkle is the BOB at the ARBA convention in Reno and has won a Reserve In Show.

The two big winning does are in the middle and the other four are the new show potentials in the near future when the shows return.   Casey has had Satin Angora in the mid 90s but the Satin Angora then had very little wool.   It was almost not worth the feed that they consume.    The current Satin Angora are developed by Eric in PA and Sandra in GA, Casey continues the effort and brought them to a height in the show circuit.

I am so proud of her efforts. I enjoy watching someone put in the work and make the breed even better. Kudos to Casey!
