Show Carriers?

The Petaluma show is being held in a pole barn.  It's common to see carriers on the stand with things on top or under the stands.

The judging tables would be on the sides and the carriers in the middle.

This is an unusual "carrier", a wagon with three Lops lounging in it.  Is it a carrier?
