Bailong Sky Elevator

This is Albert's ticket to go on "Bailongtianti" during his trip to China.

This is a photo from the internet, "Bailongtianti" in word by word translation says Hundred Dragon Sky Elevator.   Construction of this elevator started in 1999 and completed in April 2002.   In May 2002, Guinness World of Records awarded it as the "Tallest Outdoor Elevator".   See:
