Book of World Records 2018 - Kids Version

 

 

 

Scholastic Inc. publishes various magazine, books, ... etc. for school kids.    I was gifted a copy by the company.

 

The photo of my English Angora white doe Chu's Ida is in the record book as "World's Fluffiest Rabbit". 
On one hand, I'm very happy to see my rabbit's photo being included in this kids' version of world record book, on the other hand, I'm quite disappointed that the printed information is not correct.   If the title is just "World's Fluffiest Rabbit" for the "Angora Rabbit", this would have been a nice page.  The written information, however, is a combination of Chu's Franchesca's Longest Fur record and Chu's Sweet Sixteen's first ARBA convention Best In Show.    Both of these two record holders are colored while Ida is white.   While Ida is a very pretty doe and has won all breed Best In Show a few times, she does not hold any record.   It's hoped that the next edition will put in the correct information.
