Eureka! Angora Goat Wins Best In Show at Black Sheep Gathering

Randy and Allen's Angora goats are winning big again at the Black Sheep Gathering in Oregon on June 25-26, 2016.

Eureka! The Seer #666 won Champion Buck, Champion Colored Angora, and Black Sheep Cup winner (Best In Show against white). This is only the second time a colored goat has won the BSG Cup in history. Seer also was 2014 and 2016 CAGBA National Best In Show and 3-time Champion national buck.

Champion White Angora Buck owned by Randy and Allen, #7387, handled by Jonathan at the show.    He's 2 years old and even won Best White Fleece. This is a big win because older bucks usually coarsen or are in less than pristine condition.  He came from Fred Speck last summer in Texas.

Founding CAGBA members and early board members. Stan Sours (BSG judge And past president), Sharon Chestnutt (known as the mother of Colored Angoras; first person to create colored registry of goats in the late 80s, and now author of the latest book on raising Angora Goats), and Diane Coon (former VP, early developer of the breed and today top breeder).
