April asks Betty, "How come I don't ever see any of your yarn that is dyed yellow? I have two friends who love yellow."
Betty says, "It's because it looks like rabbit pee pee; people may think that I'm using stained wool."
April laughs and says, "I'd like to order two skeins of pee pee yarn; one bright yellow and the other golden yellow."
So how do you like these two skeins of pee pee yarn? |

I had not really thought about yellowII quite like that! I was asked to make a hat out of yellow and black yarn to match a ski outfit. I was stumped at first but actually liked what I came up with. I've taken pictures of it. I will have to look for them and share with you sometime. I used a mixture of mohair and angora. It turned out very nice to my surprise.

Hi Betty, Yes I plan to be in Wichita...lord willing and the creek don't rise :-) My dh had major surgery a little over a week ago. He is doing so well it doesn't seem like that will slow me down. The "bumble bee" hat has gone to live in Texas so I don't think I will enter it in the WS&G contest. It really didn't turn out to look like a bumble bee but that was my concern when I was asked to make it black and yellow. It's fun to have a challenge like that to get the creative juices flowing and then to have it work...even better. I look forward to meeting you in person. I'll have to hunt for a picture of it not sure that I have it at my finger tips.
