Mushroom from Spawning to Harvest

Spawning: the beginning of the mushroom.

The second stage of the life of mushroom is pasteurization.

Casing: use peat moss and limestone saturated with water to cover the surface to provide food source for the mushroom.

In 13 days, mushroom start to appear, this stage is called fruiting or pinning.

When the mushroom mature to the desirable size, each is carefully harvested and placed in the cooler for packaging.
