A Hat with Earflaps

Betty says, "I love to make hats and I sell a lot of beanie type hats.   In a show recently a young lady went back and forth looking at the hats that I had available.   Eventually she asked whether I could make one with earflaps and selected the yarn from my skeins.    I have never made one but accepted the order.   After looking at some instructions on line, I was able to make one that works.  This is the front of the hat with earflaps."
